During her residency in this village, she chose not to simply replicate her past creative approaches. Instead, she immersed herself in the local rural life, listening to the villagers share stories hidden in the lanes and fields. She fused these earthy, nostalgic memories with her expertise in graphic design, and hand-painted a series of hanging scrolls stroke by stroke — allowing the village’s stories to be seen and preserved in an artistic form.
