It is located next to Hongxin Auditorium in Qingshan Village. Originally a village kindergarten, it was renovated and officially opened to the public in 2021.The former site has been transformed into a brand-new community space for co-living and co-working. Focusing on residential, office and entrepreneurial use, it offers a mixed-use program including long-term private accommodation, short-term hostel stays, and a shared kitchen.
