Capsule is a modular lamp that combine different materials from factory and craftsmen we visited during the month at design library. Our wish was to try to create a simple object at an affordable price. The first day we arrived at design Library we realized that their neighbor was a bulb factory, so we decide then to create lamp. Then from a visit to another we add techniques and components in order to make as much tries as we can. The result of this month in Hangzhou is a serie of tries and experimentations made in order to find the right components to create a small scaled production of lamps that could eventually grows to a bigger scaled production in the future.
