End-of-life polycarbonate water bottles are collected, sorted, washed, and shredded into flakes. These flakes undergo sophisticated processing and modification to become high-performance post-consumer recycled pellets for a second life in new products. Through professional Color, Material, and Finish (CMF) design, these recycled materials not only achieve sustainability but also demonstrate unique aesthetic value.
Musashi paint
This series utilizes industrial coatings on acrylic surfaces to meticulously replicate the fiber texture and light-transmitting quality of traditional Xuan paper, achieving a contemporary translation of materiality.
When rigid synthetic materials embody the subtle warmth of handmade paper, they transcend their physical properties to become cultural mediators—preserving the aesthetic legacy of Xuan paper while unlocking potential for industrial-scale production.
This surface treatment technology, blending Eastern aesthetic subtlety with modern performance, offers innovative CMF (Color, Material, Finishing) solutions for consumer electronics, high-end furnishings, and architectural interiors.
